ReplyDeleteThanks Carrie!
DeleteYou had a fantastic week! Boom! :-)
ReplyDeleteI might look into Amanda's spring challenge. I just feel that I always get so busy and then fall off the bandwagon. I am never that good at challenges. :/
Thanks Tasha! I think if I keep up these SUnday posts I can tally up easier - if that helps? ;_
DeleteAwesome workouts! Where do I link up my post?
ReplyDeleteI know she'll reply to you, but I"m here now so.. :) you should see the little blue link that says "add your link" right above the comments section

DeleteAnother awesome week of workouts! Enjoy the spring challenge- I didn't sign up for this one, but Amanda hosts some awesome challenges.
ReplyDeleteWow. Great workouts. How do you balance your crossfit and running. I am starting to work in weight training and am having problems because if I really push it on lifting days I am so sore it hurts to run. hmmm......
ReplyDeleteI do easy runs on Mondays with crossfit. Wednesday is my crosstraining only day. Most of my weeks line up with a long run Saturday, recovery Sunday, Monday easy run with crosstraining, Tuesday tempo, Wednesday crosstraining only, Thursday speedwork, Friday rest
DeleteI love reading everyone else's workouts from your link up -- I don't do mine that much detail -- I clearly need to join next time :)
ReplyDeleteYes, please do! ;)
