Happy Friday everyone!!
Tomorrow will be a FUN DAY FOR SURE!
Hubs and I get to race our first race together in over a year! ... I can't believe it's been almost 2 years since our last race....together....#holycrap.and we won't really be 'racing' - I've already had plenty-a-pep-talk with my better half so he knows this is only for fun!... and medals! and warrior hats! and BEER!
Bring. It. On.
There will be Eye black.
Not to be confused with Black Eye.
This does put a tad bit of a dent in my running plan for the week. I'll end up doing my long run, sans girlie company + hubby on bike, on Sunday and then it's Superbowl time!
Sidenote: I am not into football, only into professional-snacking.

DeleteNo races this weekend for me -- baby run to test out the knee though and see how it does :) I did the warrior dash two years ago -- LOVE that race. Had such a good time! And ROCK the eye black :)

ReplyDeleteHave fun today!!!! My hubby and I did the Warrior Dash in Portland a couple of years ago with some friends. I remember that it was super hot, in the triple digits, so we didn't stay around for the beer. We headed for showers and margaritas!
