Even through his ankle injury recovery (going on 7 months post-surgery) my awesome hubby has stayed by me as I run and run and run, knowing he's not quite ready to hop into that routine yet. Whenever he can, he is right there with me, on bike, since he knows I always love his company on runs!
Thursday night I also got to meet up with my gals Rachel and Beka for Ladies' Night out at Fit2Run at International Plaza. Since Rachel and I are Ambassadors we wanted to be sure to get in the fun with raffles and a fashion show (Rach was a model!) and Beka wanted to indulge in the fun too! Great having gals around you that support your fit goals and who can have a good time!
To all of those that support me, from my husband to my friends and family to my FitFluential and Sweatpink Ambassador buds to those who see me at the butt-crack of dawn for runs a few times a week, THANK YOU! Whether it's running or working out in the gym, it always helps to have supportive peeps around you who can push you to stay motivated no matter what!
Who do you lean on for support through your fitness goals?

Lloyd. Lloyd is very supportive. He licks my face. ;)
ReplyDeleteThat is so awesome that your hubby rides his bike while you run! My hubby supports me but not in doing it with me! I lean on my running group that runs with me..and all my sweatpink and fitfluential peeps! :-)
ReplyDeleteLove that hubby rides while you run. I lean on my hubby and friends for both help with kiddo and training partners.
ReplyDeleteBethie, I heart Lloyd! yes, ladies, I am a lucky ducky :) I still enjoy girl-talk-run-time when boys r boys too ;)
ReplyDeleteYour husband is so nice! Once I tricked my hubs into getting up with me at 5am to run...that lasted for about 1 week.
ReplyDeleteaw, I wish his ankle was ok so he could run-run with me, but him biking actually makes me faster! ;)
